the students will be enabled to develop an interdisciplinary approach towards the understanding of social, cultural, economic and political globalization with a specific focus on a comparison between Germany and Turkey
This course offers students in their final year the opportunity to carry out a sociological study of their own interest. Students may pursue a course of reading on a particular topic or undertake an empirical research project.
The students will learn to use an interdisciplinary approach in the analysis of questions related to globalization.
